Poster information
The poster boards that will be used are 1 meter wide and 2 meters tall (usable space 98 x 198 cm). Make sure your poster fits within this space.
The posters should be exhibited between Friday lunch and Saturday evening. During the coffee break on Friday (at 10 am) there is time to put up the posters and there will be personnel available to provide pins and help if needed.
Your abstract number corresponds to the number on the poster board.
- Presenters with an odd abstract number present their poster on Friday (at 12.30-13.45)
- Presenters with an even abstract number present their poster on Saturday (at 17.45-19.00).
Presenting your poster means that you are available by your poster at the above time to answer questions and discuss your research. You don´t need to prepare a presentation.
